Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; please print this and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Package Your Speaker

  Ensure the speaker, charging cables, and manuals are placed back in the original box to prevent damage during transit and to qualify for a full refund.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our technical team inspects the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
